UKEC’s Care for All is back again, and this time we’ll be heading to the South East region, specifically, Southampton!

Care For All is an initiative by UKECares previously held at Bristol, Belfast, Glasgow, Essex and Sheffield which sheds light on the theme of mental health awareness and provides a platform for students to educate themselves on the issue of mental health. We want you to know that you’re not alone in facing depression, anxiety, stress and other mental illnesses!

Refreshments will be provided and we will have a fun activity at the end of the event to boost our wellbeing!
