For the first time ever, UKEC is bringing a taste of our flagship events to Sarawak — all jam-packed into one day! UKEC’s “What’s Next” series combines the speaker elements of a conference and pairs it with a mini-career fair to maximise networking opportunities with company representatives.

UKEC’s “What’s Next for Sarawak” aims to focus on the digital economy and help students gain their job prospects by engaging with company representatives. You can gain a plethora of benefits from this engagement session which tackles the issue of brain drain and highlights the importance of nation building among youths. It provides a professional platform for students to prepare themselves for a real-world situation by networking with company representatives and to have a deeper understanding of the respective industry .

With the theme “What’s Next for Sarawak”, we hope to bring you the discussion on topics focusing on empowering the community through social entrepreneurship, doing the impossible by transforming an under-resourced school through leadership, and the future of Sarawak by speakers who are experts in their respective fields.
